Wow. So, Billy Bob as Freddy. My first instinct was OMG HOTT. But then my feelings about the remake in general kicked back in. But then Owen told me that Robert Englund approves. But I don't know if I'm ready to call off the boycott. But then I remember Slingblade. And my deep, enduring love for Billy Bob. Jeez. I don't know. I figured they'd cast Shia LaBoeuf or similar. Something ridiculous. But Billy Bob is scary and creepy and sexy and evil and perfect. Oh dear. What am I to do? Help me, Freddy. What's a girl to do? Take a tranquilizer, finish her book, and try and get some more badly needed sleep. Perchance to dream. Of stripey child molesters with knives for fingers that fascinate more than they should.
